I can't stand the smell of my acne cream

Pregnancy makes my acne worse, so I can't stop using it, but oh my God the smell. I can smell it all day, every day, on my clothes.

The GP says tablets can't be taken by pregnant women so I am stuck with it. It's foul :(

could you try bio oil or just using plain water and a flannel to cleanse your pores every few hours ?
