hi m 7 weeks pregnent my second baby but dis time m not having any cravings m scared from food cz of too much vomitings some1 help plz

Can I clarify your post?

Do you mean that you are 7 weeks pregnant with DC2 and are vomiting a lot, which us putting you off food completely? Are you asking for advice on what foods people with bad morning sickness have found the most easily digestible?

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Just try eating little bits of things, maybe more regularly than usual.

I always used to carry packets of salted crackers round with me, which really helped when the first wave of nausea came.

If the sickness is really bad, maybe ask your doctor or midwife for any tips.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

Mention it to your midwife, keep a record of it in case it is so excessive that they want to keep an eye on you. Are you keeping water down? Are you being sick all day long?

Try apple juice, ginger biscuits, and soft white bread with cream cheese like Dairylea or Laughing Cow.

Try and find something that stays down. You can work at improving your diet at a later stage.

If you are "clarifying" for the benefit of other people, you didn't need to.
It doesn't take a lot of effort to understand the OP

If you did it to embarrass the op, which is what it looks like, then it says more about you than her IMHO

Op, try little bits of food often. I used to eat plain cream crackers all the time, and digestive biscuits.
Also cough candy sweets used to settle my stomach a bit.

I survived mainly on dry rice Krispies.
If you're throwing up a lot, and can't keep water down, see your GP. they can give you meds to improve the situation.

I found beige foods helped a lot - mashed potato, rice, toast. Crisps were also good after I'd been sick - no idea why!

I found ginger tea helped a little bit, peppermint tea is also supposed to be good for settling your stomach. If you drink water, try to have it at room temperature rather than cold, it seemed to help me.

If you are being sick a lot I would really recommend making an appointment to see your doctor as you don't want to get dehydrated and there is anti-sickness medicine that you can take.

I found sparkling water easier to keep down than plain.
Tiny amounts of plain boiled rice with a little bit of salt.
Plain Jacobs crackers.
I had to puree tiny amounts of veg and add it to the rice.
I could only eat about a tablespoonful of food every hour or so.
Couldn't digest unpureed veg, or meat.
Ice lollies help to get some fluid in.
Strangely, sometimes a few chips with salt were ok, or a few rice crispies.
It is horrid. I hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I have felt that bloody ill in the past (haven't most of us?)

I've posted on both OP's threads this morning. I wasn't sure whether she was asking for advice on best diet, or when to seek medical advice given she said she was scared. There could be many other issues underlying that. I've usually found that asking for clarification can help ascertain exactly which of the possible interpretations is right, or if there are other issues underlying feelings of fear.

There was no motive other than that.

I remember surviving for the first few weeks on quavers and fruit corners! Odd combination but the only things I could keep down.
A weird drink for me was warm fresh orange juice. I have no idea why but it did stay where it should, however vile it sounds!

Try grapefruit juice. I couldn't drink water either.

I drank super weak tea, no milk or sugar. Just boil the water and literally dip the bag in for a second.

Ginger biscuits. Crackers, crisps, nuts, anything crunchy.

I usually hate fizzy water but sipping it really helped with one of my pregnancies.

Rice crispies and those fruit/ice cream lollies too (not together though!)

During Summer I found that keeping my stomach fairly cool helped. That involved drinking some water, but also wearing as few clothes as possible.

I definitely found fizzy water better than tap water. I also found apple juice really helped. Once I had some sugar in me it seemed to settle things. Having said that, I've heard other people say that apple juice was a complete no-no for them, so it's just a case of trying little bits of things until you find out what works for you.

Again, beige food helped me. I spent my first few weeks eating nothing but potato waffles and fish fingers.

Finally - if you continue vomiting throughout the day, please contact your GP. He/she will be able to provide sickness medication which I've heard can really help.

Hi OP I remember the feeling of being scared of food... not wanting to open the fridge because "the steak is there", looking away if I walked past a food shop, sitting down for dinner and losing heart and just wanting to leave the room and run away... I can't relate to that now and it all vanished as soon as DD came out!

I can't give any advice except to eat whatever you want, when you want...

Oh and take heart... you will feel so good when baby comes, it was amazing, fantastic to be back to normal!
