Headaches

Argh I've had a headache since 4am that I can't shift. I've drank so much water I now feel sick, know I'm not dehydrated and wee is pretty much clear. Taken paracetamol.

Any ideas?! Is this normal?

I didn't get them much with my boys but I seem to be having one every day this time. Think it's just another hormone related thing! How far along are you though? My MW told me to look out for headaches with blurred vision etc, and if it happens to phone them for some advice x

Try 4head...it's like a menthol rub u put straight on your...forehead! I find it great for those migrainey headaches which painkillers don't touch.

I'm 22 weeks. Thank you, I didn't think of 4head. Just got a cold flannel at the moment, helps maybe 10%.
