Juice of half a lime (or just keep a bottle of lime juice in your fridge)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
soda water

Yours?

I'm not even pregnant, and I want that!

I really like lassis, as in the Indian yoghurt drink. Mix 125 ml water with 125 ml yoghurt and add either 1 tbsp sugar and a dash of ground cardamon or a pinch of salt plus a squirt of lemon juice and a dash of roasted ground cumin. Serve with ice cubes. You can also mix in fruit juice rather than the sugary/salty version.

Alcohol free Erdinger or elderflower cordial with sparkling water. Nothing beats a coke ice cream float in summer though

Fizzy water with lots of lime slices and ice

superram · 10/06/2014 20:41

Low alcohol cider from wait rose. £1.15 a bottle and I buy it now and my baby is 2.

Espressotini · 10/06/2014 20:43

Tonic over lots of ice and loads of squeezed lemon pieces- I can almost convince myself it's a gin and tonic!

BikeRunSki · 10/06/2014 20:46

Tonic and orange juice

PervyMuskrat · 10/06/2014 21:07

Gah, crappy tablet. Apologies for the multiple posts!

Firstpregnancy2014 · 10/06/2014 21:10

Appletizer with loads of ice !

squizita · 10/06/2014 21:14

0% Radler (Fosters brand) booze free but tastes like shandy. Be careful though there's the 2% stuff which your DH gets to drink if you buy in error.

Cidona (Irish fizzy apple).

Ribina and soda with lime!

weebairn · 10/06/2014 21:31

Oooh I like the sound of the lassi. I also like virgin bloody marys, I make them very spicy. But my lime drink is my absolute favourite at the moment I have one every night. I think it's the salt which makes it - I really don't like sweet drinks much!

I also like the sips of my DP's wine which "don't count" :)

Becks blue, or ginger and lemongrass cordial with sparkling water.

Mango92 · 11/06/2014 13:49

I love soda and lime.
DH gets the 0% Kopparberg too.
I love it.Grin

thebestnameshavegone · 11/06/2014 15:45

lime and soda or radler, as pp have mentioned.

I have also just discovered a drink called Qcumber (sp?). its basically cucumber and fizzy water. sounds rank but is actually very nice. although it would be nicer still with some gin in it.

Tamisara · 11/06/2014 15:51

Shloer is mine. I miss, miss MISS Aqua Libra though - that was my favourite drink ever.

BikeRunSki · 11/06/2014 18:54

You can get 0% Koppaberg????!!!!

This is exiting and I am not even pg!

AMI88 · 11/06/2014 19:20

There us a fantastic brand called Fentimans (based in Newcastle but stocks all over England) and they do botanical fizzy drinks. I love their Rose Lemonade and Tonic. So so good!

htbftm · 11/06/2014 21:32

lol Bike run, that's what I was thinking! Well I am pregnant, but you know what I mean! Great suggestion sinning!

BikeRunSki · 11/06/2014 21:40

I am quite rural and tend to drive a lot to go out in the evening. I see a variation yo Beck's Blue !

LittleBearPad · 11/06/2014 21:42

NOT alcohol free wine. The rose was ok when chilled to buggery. The red was utterly grim. Fortunately I wasn't expecting much.

Ginger beer is good and lemonade which isn't too sweet.

squizita · 11/06/2014 21:58

Fake red wine is vile!!

Asda do a sparkling grape juice in a champagne style bottle which is rather delicious chilled. Under £2 too! Its with the schloer type posh juices/soft drinks.

TheBookofRuth · 11/06/2014 22:04

Milk. I've craved it during both pregnancies. Drinking a big class of it now in fact.
