I have posted this in ttc forum too & just wondering if anyone can take a look at my chart so far?
I have pcos & only started charting mid cycle (so i know it wont be as reliable)
I have read that you need to have 3 raised temps to detect ov & i have :)

Is there anyone out there who had pcos & charted their bbt & got their bfp??
Xxx

I have PCOS and am not convinced by this method, to be honest. It's unreliable at best for women with normal hormonal activity. I got a lot of misleading results with this, sorry.

I found BBT vaguely useful, I wasn't super strict with it. I think it took 4-5 cycles to be able to spot a pattern. I wouldn't like to hazard a guess with yours. I ended up using OPK sticks (cheap from eBay) at roughly the right time.

Ohh i have heard so many diff views about bbt. I thought it more reliable than opks..i always seem to hsve a faint line on them most the time. X
