So last night I went out to watxh a band after like an hour had a really bad headache which I still had when I woke up this morning , I was also sick twice for the first time in the whole 13 weeks I've been pregnant , I have been feeling sick throughout but alittle concerned that I have been sick first time abit later on , I am 13 weeks today could it be to do with hormones? I have eaten since and feel a litttle better and have taken paracetamol for headache.
Anyone else get sickness around this time for the first time?

Just wondering, I've taken folic acid and vitamin d through most of the time , I'm still taking it now at 13 weeks but wondering when you guys stopped?

I was rarely sick, usually if I was stressed it really tired so could be that? Vitamin B6 was the best for stopping nausea, in fact it was amazing! Good idea to carry on with the usual pregnancy vitamins throughout (although I regularly forget now I'm 25 weeks).

I still get moments of sickness on and off, though am usually fine. Headaches also.
I take a pregnancy vitamin every day throughout - as well as folic and vit D, it has plenty of stuff in there for me (B vits to fight fatigue etc) - I never stopped. My MW said most women just take a (pregnancy) multi-vit throughout.

i've stopped on the multivitamins i was taking in the first 12 weeks and switched to the free vitamin d and folic acid tablets i can get from my local pharmacy. i'm now 29 weeks and the midwife recommended i do it so i can spend my money on better things...!
