Firstly do they really make a difference after labour?

Secondly where do I buy them?

I don't know if they make a difference after labour but have used arnica post surgery to reduce swelling and bruising.

You can get them all from Holland and Barrat or boots.

Arnica comes either comes as small pillules or as a cream. The pillules are good for larger injuries and the cream is best for small areas.

Not an expert but I took arnica granules for both births, and calendula for my second as she was born by c-section. I swear it made healing a huge amount faster. I think you should start taking them early for best results ie when you start to feel contractions. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will give you more information.
