Hi can anyone help. Im 8 weeks pregnant and having real bother with hay fever. Today especially. Has anyone any natural remedies as dr says I can't take antihistamines. Thanks

I researched it a lot (3 pregnancies through hay fever season) Anti histamines are generally considered safe, but they are not tested or licensed in pregnancy. I uses to control symptoms with beconase and eye drops and take piriton when I was desperate. But then I wasn't first trimester.

When I wasn't pregnant I cud have taken pirition for a week and that would have been me cured for the whole season. Im jus so fed up today I have just sneezed nonstop. What is beconase? Was going to try and get some local honey tomorrow had heard that can work. Thanks
