36+4 got aches in my back cannot get comfy feeling tired and ankle swelling (had this on and off for ages). Baby starting to decend is lower by a lot today family thinking baby could come anytime due to this. Any advice about getting comfy? Or advice to get rid of these aches. Any help much appreciated Tia x
