SPD does it always reoccur?

I had SPD in my last two pregnancy's first right at the end and second around 20 weeks. My midwife at the time said that I would get it in any subsequent pregnancy's and likely sooner but im now 23 weeks and so far so good so sign of it. Can you get lucky and it doesn't come back? Anyone managed to skip it in future pregnancy's?

I had it from 20wks with DC1 and hardly at all with DC2. had a horrible bad back all the way through with DC2 instead

I had it with no 2 and 3. From really early on with 3 though so fingers crossed you may have dodged it.

I had it last year with dd4, it started at about 20 weeks. I am now 34 weeks pregnant with dc5 and it hasnt appeared yet so fingers crossed it stays away.

Yep, only ever had it with DD2. Also had GD with DD2. Neither with DD1 or DD3! Smile
