Rubbing under breast

Hi all

I wonder if anyone has any advice.

I am 35 weeks pregnant. I have large breasts- 36GGish, potentially a big bigger right now although they've not significantly grown during my pregnancy (thank God!)

However in the last few weeks I've noticed a horrible and quite painful rubbing/rash under my left boob. I've tried changing bras, using non underwired bras, underwired bras, trying to go without a bra... I've tried emollients, eczema cream I was prescribed for eczema on the to of my chest.... I've tried corn flour to dry it and Nivea to lubricate it.... Sudocreme and bapanthen.... You name it I've given it a go but nothing is helping.

Any suggestions? It's painful and sore. The skin isn't broken or weepy but it's deeply uncomfortable.

I found using some talc on a pouffy thing helped... you know the kind of talc old ladies get that comes with a fluffy thing to put it on?

Have you tried putting a small cloth under your breast? When I'm at home, I tuck the bottom part of my t-shirt under my breasts because I find they rub too - I'm size 38H at the moment!

Are you sure you're wearing correctly sized bras? I would have thought that if you're not, it'd only aggravate it. Sounds horrible :-(
