I'm so stupid about diet.
I am now 34+1, and only just read up on healthy salt intake. Thought i had a relatively healthy diet, but now learn that bread and cheddar cheese (which i can't get enough of) are high in salt, as well as some cereals. I also sprinkle salt on my main meal each night (doh!).
Anyone else been less than healthy through pregnancy? Also will this have adverse health effects on baby, or just me?

I'm 10+4 and all I eat is junk! It's all I can face eating! Was the same with my son and he is fine! X

Bread and cheese are also high in calcium and fibre though as well, depending on the kind of bread. I wouldn't worry about the salt damaging your baby, I'm not a medical professional but I think that's very unlikely. Salt can raise your blood pressure though so you might want to try and cut back a bit if possible.

I don't eat enough, that's the biggest problem with my diet.
No appetite and can't force myself to eat.
