Abdominal pains, 7 months

Hello!
New to MN, just wanted to see if any of you have had what I seem to have - quite uncomfortable lower abdominal pains, feels like a stitch but very low down. Plus need the loo more often and feels more 'urgent' than before. Get's quite bad if I'm on my feet/walking for long periods.

Have looked online and probably just urine infection or something, but up till now I've been very lucky and haven't had any uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms at all. As it's a Sunday and I can't get to the docs I just thought I'd put this out there to see if anyone else knows what I'm on about? I'm 30 weeks and baby is very wriggly, so all fine on that front I think.
Thanks

Classic urine infection! I am also seven months and having exactly the same symptoms. Am calling my GP in the morning.

UTIs are common in pregnancy and unlikely to harm baby if treated with antibiotics asap but, if left, can turn into a kidney infection, which can be more worrying.

To add to that, I'm in a lot of pain today. Bladder really hurts so I'm pleased I've got an appointment first thing tomorrow :-(

Probably uti, but please call OOH and get seen today.

What's OOH?

Thanks. Have just called triage at the hospital and spoke to a midwife for some advice.

Thanks ladies, will go to docs first thing just to check. Thanks for your help.
