Plug? (TMI warning)

Would the very thick, colourless, jelly-like substance I've been losing be my plug coming away? I'm 38+3 and I thought I'd lost some of it a few weeks ago, but that stuff was quite different.

Sounds like it. Mine looked like an oyster streaked with blood Smile

Ooooh I'm a Northumberland lass too lol Grin

There was no blood.... Does there have to be? That's what confused me.

I don't think there has to be blood. My plug came away during labour.
How exciting! Good luck to you
