Spots/Rash on my bump

Hi all im 29 weeks pregnant and have these red dot/spots on my bump not itchy or anything just wondered if anyone had simlar or knows what they are?

It's called polymorphic eruption of pregnancy and is quite common, they can start to itch and if so your GP should be able to give you a safe cream to use. Hopefully it won't hang about for long though.
