TMI very dry skin on nipples

I'm 25 weeks.

Sometimes get a tiny (painless) bit of white stuff on them overnight which I take to be them preparing to make colostrum - just a few grains/drops.

But the outer area (areola sp?) is dry, even peels slightly sometimes. Completely painless just unsightly (not that I wave my big pregnant boobies around I hasten to add).

Any solutions? Was considering bio oil or plain Nivea soft.

Try lanolin, best stuff for dry & sore nipples, and good for when you're breast feeding

I had this but itchy too! Pharmacist recommended the E45 anti itch cream which has really helped (and it's absorbed really quickly )

I've been using bio oil while doing my tummy. Seems to help.
