Hello im 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my first baby and for the last 24 hours ive had lower back pain and cramps around my pelvis, for the last 5 - 6 hours ive been getting contractions going from my lower back right round to the front, i also feeling like i need to go to the loo (poop)** but i cant seem to, im in awful pain when these contractions come and they seem to be getting longer and more intence, i do not know if i am dialated at all and my waters havent broken , but i am unsure weather im just been a wouse and i may just be having bh contractions?? Any help would be great thanks.
