Pregnant & Impatient!

Hi All

So I am 5 weeks pregnant and impatient! I have a scan at the EPAU on 7th June but cant believe I have another 6 weeks after that until we can announce it to the world! I want to get started with things i.e Nursery but dont want to run before I can walk as they say.

Is anyone else in the same boat?! Very excited!

Is the EPAU scan because of a particular complication or symptom? Try not to worry - many early concerns prove to have no long term implications.

Last week I had slight aches in my abdomen and when I wiped after the toilet and had a miniscule amount of brown mucus. Luckily all this has setteled down now though so fingers crossed!

I was exactly the same, only i didnt let myself get too excited cus our first resulted in mc and its took a while to get over things, plus weve had alot of personal problems to deal with. Now 33wks and rel cant wait hehe got his cotbed set up :) just need essentials now as everything but the travel system has been bought for us! Like his milk, wipes nappies etc. i know i have a few more weeks left yet, but ive gotta have a nephrostomy tube fitted next week and the risk of going into early labour is quite high, and the last two the lady did for my urologist it did start theres off, so im gonna stay on maternity ward. For the night afterwards and gotta go back for my 2nd stroid injection today :) x
