Ive been awake since 4 with reflux, general unfomyness and i felt sorry for hubby as i try my best everynight not to keep waking him with the constant peeing trips, letting lil man in(cat) and trying to get comfy in different position lol wich there is not many to do that. Oh and our lil chunk decided he was going to kick away really strong to ight, so much that it was rocking the matress and hubby woke up half n half and told me to stop moving the bed lol thus i just gave up and came in the living room :) hopefully i will catch up on some kip later on after been hospital again, gotta have a 2nd steroid injection.

Have you been laying on your back or slightly propped up at all? I find i get these pains if i have. Im 33wks and now if i stand for more than 5mins it feels like my stomachs going to rip open and i get horrible knotts in my muscles >.< it could also be your reflux, my docs have told me and ive found that it can sometimes cause gut ache but it feels different to when its actually burning your throat and chest. I have found i get certain aches when mine starts. Or it could be ibs :) wich by the sounds of it is more likely so, before i was oreggers ive suffered with chronic ibs in the past and reflux was awful! The stomach pains were crippling but i had to just get on with life. Reflux always came few hours after the pains. Hope you find a solution i dont know what else to suggest or think it might be :) if your worried and shitting yourself about it call your go or midwife theyl be able to examine you chuck :) x
