I am only about 2 weeks pregnant I am excited but really scared at the sometime. I work evening and night. And scared to tell anyone when do I need to tell work? When would I start getting morning sickness and what can and can't do

Congratulations! Don't panic, don't be scared. First thing I did was to read a copy of Expecting Better which answers many of the questions going around your head when you first find out you're pregnant.

Congratulations! Can I suggest that you click on the "Pregnancy" tab at the top of this page? Lots of helpful information there. You can tell your GP as soon as you like but they will be annoyingly underwhelmed and will give you a contact for the local midwives. Your first appointment is usually around eight weeks.

Have you got a partner? And have you told them yet? It is all a lot less scary if you've got a bit of support. Best of luck!
