mucus plug!

hello all!! this morning I lost a clear goo, my mum confirmed it's the begging of my "show" I've had mild lower back and abdominal pains but nothing alarming! I've been very grouchy today and very emotional.. e.g my OH has 2 children and they got sweets on my babies crib bedding and I just wanted to scream like the world had ended, I really just want to rip off someone's head is it normal to have a crazy hormonal out burst? & has anyone any idea how long it could take for the bloody show to come after the mucus? thankyou all in advance! xxx

I had the first part one evening and the blood tinged bit the following evening with dc1. Can't remember with the others.
