Hi Ladies,
Need a bit of advice, I'm 25 weeks pregnant and have only had sex with my OH twice since finding out. Up until about a month ago I was horrible, always angry at my OH didn't want him to touch me or even cuddle me now I feel happy and am definitely in love with him again but when it comes to sex things are very awkward for me! Foreplay I am fine with, but when it comes to "getting down to it" I get really upset and scared! I love my OH so much but feel so insecure. Has anyone else felt the same or similar? xx

When I was pregnant I was scared to let my partner go on top in case it harmed the baby. I wasn't scared of sex though. Perhaps you just need to take things nice and slowly, would it help of you initiated things so you are in control?

We've DTD once since I got pregnant. We're closer than ever but I'm scared of it too - I had spotting afterwards last time and it's just put me off. So no advice, but you're not alone. (Am 27 weeks)

I haven't had any bleeding or pain after the times we did, so that's not what I'm worried about. I've always felt insecure about sex, I've never been confident so maybe it's just bothering me more now I'm super hormonal lol! I've never really initiated sex, so maybe that would help just need a time when we're not bother knackered xx

I'm 28 weeks and dtd at least once a week ever since conception. My sex drive is not what it used to be but I still enjoy the closeness with dh. It has always been fine, with no pain, bleeding or 'after effects'. Perhaps just take things slowly or try foreplay without full sex a few times to get used to it?
