Clear blobs after bleeding?

I have been bleeding now for the last 11 days but it is still dark and in streaks. I have been experiencing cramping pains as well. The bleeding has slowed and almost stoppped since wednesday but now I am getting clear balls of really thick stretchy mucus.

Is this the sign of an end of a miscarriage? Does anyone know what this could be?

I would go to your GP. Was the bleeding heavy? with clots?

have you had a scan or anything hunny?

I had bleeding and alot from week 5 of this pregnancy also alot of discharge.

I'm off to A&E in a minute I had a scan booked for Monday but decided I can't keep thinking and feeling like this for the next three days. So I'm going to see if they will give me an emergency scan.

How far gone are you julezboo?

Im almost 16 weeks now hunny, i had a bleed to the side of my pregnancy sac, cleared up by my 13 week scan, but the spotting and bleeding from week 5 was a nightmare!

Thinking of you.. Keep us posted. I had a bleed early in pregnancy the doc said brown is good its an old bleed. Red is a new bleed.

I have just got back and they were really nice couldn't have a scan tonight but have one tomorrow morning. The nurse told DP that I had to lie down and he had to get me a three course meal and I couldn't do any house work or cleaning for the rest of my pregnancy!.

So now we just have to wait till tomorrow morning, at least we will know one way or another then.

It wasn't good news, they did an internal scan and the baby hasn't grown since my las scan 3 weeks ago so there is still just a black sac without a heartbeat and I'm meant to be 9,2.

It's a retained miscarriage. To make things worse they say I have to come back in 2 weeks for another scan to make sure and then talk about a D+C. I know it has to be a miscarriage it's not possible for it to be a 5-6 weeks old embryo.

TBH I just want the D+C now so I can get on with it. Instead of waiting these 2 weeks pretending I'm this pregnant women I'm not.

2 Weeks is a long time to wait, I can understand what you mean about wanting the D&C now. It feels like you're in limbo.
