Fluctuating nausea early pregnancy?

Nausea has only just started for me and yesterday (7+4) I felt nauseous all day and had metallic taste in mouth but today so far I feel fine, is this normal?

Does nausea fluctuate by day?

Really worried it's gone now as I ate salad on holiday in Greece last week and paranoid about toxoplasmosis and how it can cause miscarriages.... Any help appreciated x

It can definitely come and go. I started feeling a bit sick at about 5 weeks but yesterday morning (6 weeks 4days) I felt reaaaly bad. By lunchtime it had eased. This morning I feel gross again! Just enjoy the times when you feel ok and congratulations!

Hi I'm 8 weeks and had fluctuating nausea, can hit anytime and some days are way worse than others. Am eating my way through it Smile constant grazing, as it's def worse when I'm hungry!

Mine really fluctuated. It always seem to hit me every other weekend. I was convinced it was a sign of missed miscarriage, but I'm 18 weeks now and all is well so far.
