Mice

Does anyone know if being around mice is safe during pregnancy? A friend has asked me to look after hers for three weeks in my house and I normally wouldn't hesitate to say yes, is it safe for me at the moment?

I can't see why it would be unsafe as long as good hygiene followed. I have rats (amongst other animals and I just make sure I wash my hands after every time I play with them, clean them out, or move their cage.
