postpartum and pregnant again has this happen to anyone?

Was wondering if I was alone or if other woman have had this happen? And if you had any complications during the pregnancy?

I got pregnant very quickly with ds3 after having dd1 and there is 11 months between them. No particular problems but ds3 was breech and had to have a section which was a shock after 3 lovely home births. Not sure it was related to the short gap though.
