Sudden sharp pains when yawning

I keep getting sudden sharp pains when I yawn not everytime but I've felt it about 10 times over last couple of weeks at first I thought it was baby kicking, I'm 18 weeks pregnant what could this be? Xx

Most likely ligaments and muscles stretching. Where do you get the pains?

In the middle/top of my stomach on the left the last couple of times it's really strange

I get thins when coughing sometimes, I think that its the ligaments as CoolCat says. When you have in involuntary and sudden movement such as yawning/coughing you probably feel it more.
