Weird sleep worry

My husband had to wake me up because I was pushing my hand into my stomach :s this is scary as hell to me because I was totally unaware. I'm worried I'm doing this at night and hurting my baby :s

The midwives push pretty hard, and some of us inject our bellies daily with meds. Don't think it would be harmful.

I have always been told if in my sleep I did anything my body sensed would hurt the baby, it would hurt me enough to wake me! I move excessively in my sleep and sleep fitfully.
