pain in the backside

My sister has asked for advice. she is about 6 weeks pregnant having had a miscarriage earlier this year so she's really anxious. She says she's got a pain just above her bum at the bottom of her back. Anyone kjnow what this could be?

sciatic nerve - pinches early on some. moderate walking should help and sleeping with a pillow between the knees...
