Hypnobirthing

Can anyone recommend a hypnobirthing CD or DVD?

I used Maggie Howell's Birth Preparation book and CD after reading positive reviews on MN, along with doing yoga once a week. I was fortunate to have a straight forward 6 hour labour with no stitches - I really don't know if this was due to my preparation or coincidence however I am hoping to have second in the future and will definitely be using the same book and CD so as not to take any chances!!!!
