Hi need advice my periods were due on wed but on frid I done a clear blue test this came back pregnant went to doctor and done a test but today doctors test came back negative and since done 4 clear blue now and all said pregnant please help

Me and my husband just found out we are expecting again and I have another boy who is 3yrs old and just gave birth 3 months ago to another boym does getting pregnant so quickly again come with any complications? Were are a little worried. :/
