30 weeks today with my second and I feel rubbish.

I feel like I'm going to spilt open I'm constantly thirsty no matter how much I drink I can't quench my thirst.

The leg crams at night are keeping me awake

Every time I get up or roll over I'm stomach goes in to spasm

Today I keep getting very mild period cramps I mentioned this to the midwife last time I saw her and it was happening at work so told me to rest I have done nothing today but I feel like Iv been kicked in the crotch.

Please someone else tell me they are feeling rubbish too.
Hate moaning about being pregnant because it's a blessing but the possibility of another 10-12 weeks of this is getting me down today.

DS was 3 weeks early hope I dong go over this time

Have you been tested for gestational diabetes??

I'm feeling rubbish too! I'm 22 weeks and the second trimester bloom just hasn't come to me!

The cramps in legs/feet I had really really badly for a few weeks and I've followed loads of advice and they've finally gone. There are a number things that can cause cramps: low calcium, low potassium, low sodium, dehydration, and low magnesium. So I started eating bananas daily, drinking loads of milk, drinking more through day and taking magnesium supplements. I also have a terrible habit of crossing my legs - which I have consciously stopped. After a few days of doing this, they have stopped. They were so bad I would be screaming and crying for what felt like ages and my poor OH didn't know what to do.

I feel thirsty all the time too, but at the moment, it's hot and I reckon that's why. Avoid too much sugar or salt as this makes you thirsty. If it's really bad, you should get tested for diabetes as this is one of the most common signs.

I also have cramps sometimes in abdo. Think it's everything stretching as I've got advice and had baby checked and all is okay. It's rubbish isn't it!

Are you taking vitamins? I think they help me feel better generally as I notice I'm worse when I don't take them - but this may be in my head!

I hope you feel better soon. :)

Forgot to mention, I drank tonic water too for leg cramps. I have no idea whether all or one of those things did the trick, but I tried them all and it worked!

I feel rubbish too!

27 weeks. Bulging lumbar disc causing shooting pain when I move. On crutches. Dealing with toddler tantrums. Joy!

Honestly, I think 2/3 gins would sort it out Grin Just gotta wait 13 weeks...
