Seraphine Maternity Jeans - a NO NO!

Hi all, I've been having a nightmare trying to find jeans which stay up. Last week I ordered an over the bump pair of white jeans from Seraphine (£55), which arrived on Friday. They fitted perfectly, so I kept them and then wore them on Sunday when we had friends around. BIG MISTAKE...I spent the whole day pulling them up and not sure if it's because the over the bump material is not strong enough, or the fact there's no definition between the jeans and the bump material. I contacted Seraphine about this who said they have never had a similar complaint (I've since read complaints on this page about the same thing), they offered me 20% of my next purchase. I sent them over the previous reviews and they called and said there's nothing they can do. I was extremely disappointed in their customer service/attitude and having a pair of £55 jeans sitting there which cannot be worn again seems such a waste. I expected better from the brand. Oh to find the perfect pair of jeans....

My perfect pair of maternity jeans were my Seraphine ones. They were under bump though - I never found a pair of over-bump trousers that fitted right tbh.

How far on are you? You might find that as you get bigger they fit better. I had some new look over bumps that were fab - really comfy and fitted well. I got some 'Next' over bump from eBay (but doubt they were actually Next....) that sounded like yours to start with. No definition at waist, just like a huge sack with legs really. They kept falling down and taking my pants with them. Most irritating. However.... As my bump has grown my original lovely jeans are just too tight around the 'waist' area and the sacks are soooo much comfort. And now almost stay up! I'm all bump with precious little else to hold anything up so definitely just changing bump size has helped.

I loved their jeans with dc1, but I agree, maybe better later on? I remember by the end it was virtually all I wore!
