Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)

Hi, I just wondered if anyone could offer any advice.
After my first son I did develop Diastasis Recti but didn't know anything about it. I had my second child 5 and a half years later and it possibly got slightly worse but not a lot.
I gave birth to him only a few months ago and have found myself pregnant again. I am now 4 months pregnant and noticing already some discomforts with having this condition.

I have been looking in to it and have read that pregnancy belly supports can be really good at encouraging the right muscles to be contracted in, in day to day activities.
I do find when I pull my muscles in, I do get a back ache as I'm not used to it and so wondered if it is safe for me and the baby to be trying to hold my stomach in (I am not concerned with looking thinner or anything, purely interested preventing this condition from worsening and risking hernias etc).

Is physio recommended for this type of thing?
Thanks in advance
