Hello,
I'm 11+5 weeks and the past week or 2 I've had no symptoms? I get (period-pain like) cramps which just occur really randomly. I have my 12wk scan in 2 days and I'm so scared of getting there and not having anything inside of me lol silly, I know! But I can't help but feel anxious when it feels like there isn't anything there?
Should I just be grateful that I'm feeling normal? Or should I be worried?
I've never had a bleed or severe pain, maybe the odd shooting pain but nothing major! Hmm

Hi, it's around this time that the placenta takes over so symptoms drop / disappear. Missed miscarriage is incredibly rare, and often makes no difference to symptoms as the body is still producing all the same hormones so lack of symptoms isn't usually a reason to worry.

I'm sure it'll all be fine for you, just trust that your body knows what it's doing. Good luck for the scan! :)
