Morning all...
I seem to have developed the most fierce hayfever of my life! Streaming nose, burning eyes, itchy throat and chesty cough!! Do I have the pregnancy to thank for it's ferociousness??
Aware that I can't pop an antihistamine ... Does anyone have any advice for a safe natural relief ??
I hear local honey is a good one but I would have needed to have been taking it since March...

Thanks xx

You can take the saline spray for your nose. (I'm not sure about eye drop but i don't see why they wouldn't also be safe). Basically check with your chemist, they will be able to advise you.
Make sure you wash your hair when you get in at night (so that all the pollen in it is washed away and doesn't make it's way onto your pillow, otherwise you are rubbing your face in pollen all night). I also find that getting changed when i come in helps.
Try and keep windows shut.
Basically do anything to avoid the cause of the problem.

Doctors can prescribe antihistamines whilst in pregnancy I have gone on them as nose sprays can do a lot of damage and I end up with constant nosebleeds. Was advised to just check the bottle if I wanted eye drops
