Verruca treatment?

Does anyone know if it's safe to use verruca cream, such as Bazooka, while pg?

probably not. Could you try duct tape instead?

Apparently verrucas go of their own accord in time anyway.

I've had it for two months already though...
Just found this info on NHS website which says Bazuka is fine to use -
