I've started experiencing this strange feeling at least twice a day for up to half an hour at a time, where all my muscles feel like they relax and I suddenly have no energy!

Any attempt to move, even if just typing, feels very draining, my heart rate increases (though not drastically) and I have to stop what I'm doing. I don't feel faint, woozy, dizzy or appear unwell to others, I just suddenly feel very drained. It also makes my chest feel ever so slightly tight and short of breath, even though I'm breathing fine.

I don't have low iron, I eat little and often and I am well hydrated so it's not that.

Anyone know what it could be? Could it be blood pressure related? Never had it when PG with DS Confused

I was going to say low iron as i had the exact same thing around 20 weeks! but you're sure it's not? might be no harm in taking iron in any case- even if your iron levels were ok at say 16 week appt, it could have plummeted by now? I'm taking FerroGrad C and they dont constipate me at all, if that's any help.. my biggest fear was they would constipate me!

the only other thing i can suggest is upping the H2O now that it's getting warmer??

I felt like this too at around 20 weeks and was quite worried. I think it was low blood pressure in my case. I started having a packet of salty crisps as someone said the salt would up my blood pressure and make me feel better! Lol. I did actually kinda work a little bit!
