Question regarding blood pressure

My normal blood pressure not pregnant is 110/69 plus minus. But not by much.. When I was pregnant with my first my blood pressure was the same and by the end of the term it went up to 120/80 which is still normal.

With this pregnancy I feel a lot light headed, dizzy and sometimes for a second everything turns black. So I mentioned it to my doctor who checked my blood pressure and it was 90/60.. And she said in pregnancy it is totally normal and I shouldn't worry.
But why do I feel so light headed.
Actually while typing this I feel like the whole room is spinning.
I'm trying to drink a lot. 2 Liters a day. Cut down on caffeine as I got heart palpitation..

Should I be worried or is it really normal in pregnancy to be this low in blood pressure.

Thank you..

My blood pressure is very low, I bought a home monitor to keep an eye on it! Mine is between about 100/60 but can drop lower. My midwife is not at all concerned. I just got told to drink lots if fluids, don't take hot baths and don't stand up for long!!!!!!! I'm 37 weeks now and mine not gone higher at al, I just keep getting told it's ok!!!

I'm not a medic but that does sound incredibly low... It's normal for BP to go down a bit in early pg and up again in late pg, but just from my own experiences of weird BP I would get another opinion from your midwife or hospital. Especially as it's impacting your well-being.

The only thing my doctor said is if I continue to get worse with feeling dizzy, light headed and blackouts, I have to get a babysitter. That sounds so strange, a babysitter to watch me.. Maybe she is more concerned because I have a 8 month old so. To care for
