13wk scan today after previous mmc

Feeling really sick. I've got my scan in an hour. Had an mmc 2years ago and just feel today is going to go the same way. I have 2 DCs so this is my 4th pg, but i don't feel pregnant and have no start of a bump yet, no clothes are tight etc. Just can't wait till i know one way or another and am worrying about getting upset if it's bad news as i'm going on my own.

Thankyou coolcat! I am just back and amazingly am pregnant. I went into the appointment with a hankie explaining to the sonographer i was expecting the same as last time, but baby growing well and strong heartbeat! Am in shock (in a good way!)

Congratulations! I'm also pregnant after a MMC and am terrified of the 12 week scan.

I was like you 3 weeks ago! biggest relief and best experience of my life!!!! I'm glad you also saw a perfect baby :)

Good luck somewhere, i'll keep everything crossed for you! I walked in with my hankie and explained i was expecting same as last time, lady was lovely and said straight away look all is fine. She kept having to tell me to look at the screen, i was in shock!

Thanks alita(nov thread?) I still can't quite believe it. Have midwife apt next week so am waiting till have heard the heartbeat before telling ds and dd as dudn't really take the scan in! Xx
