During and sometimes after walking I've been feeling uncomfortable, in the back and pelvic area.

I'm 15 weeks tomorrow.

Today I walked alot including up a big hill and the bit bellow where you get period pain, inside, a tiny bit higher than your lady bits, was painful and it still is while I'm sat here now...

It feels more muscular/ bonelike and hurts a tiny bit more if I clench my pelvic floor muscles.

It's not horrendous, but it's annoying as it's been going on for ages!

Yes that's normal. that's exactly what I had at the start of my spd. speak to your midwife about it and see if you can get referred for physio as I have heard the earlier you catch it the better.

Nooo :( :p I had a few signs earlier on like coccyx pain and very clicky hips(they click anyway but more since pregnancy) and sometimes when I move one leg too far too quick to get out of bed I get an ow in my back. But I was really hoping it wasn't an actual sign just my body changing.
oh well I will talk to my midwife at my 16 week appointment next week. Thanks!
