An old wives' thread Smile.

Just curious since every vegetarian dad I know has had girls! I have one already and wondering what #2 will be.

My friend's husband is a vegetarian and they have two girls. But they have two boys as well Grin

My husband is veg and I have a boy. My Hindu friend (pure veg, no eggs) has one of each. Actually, it would be worth remembering that most Hindus are veg and that the Hindu population of India seems to have both boys and girls!

2 boys here, their DF has been a vegetarian all of his life as well as 90% of his family.

Veg parents - 2 girls here too. More girls than boys in DH's family and they all eat meat except DH.

My dad was veggie and had 2 of each.

My dad has been a vegie his whole adult life (bar a black pudding at the end of a marathon once when he absolutely desperate and thats all the pub sold) and has 5 girls 1 boy.

My partners vegetarian and I'm having a girl Smile

DH eats meat two or three times a month. We had a boy.

I don't know why I even bother with these old wives' tales Grin

I sense that I am carrying another girl. It'd be sort of nice to have a boy this time because there aren't any boys in DH's family yet, but it's all good!
