Literally counting down the days to my Mat leave

Just wanted to make sure im not alone on this one

I am 26 weeks with my first team blue baby, I love my job. I havent missed a target for the past 27 months. Until now.
My motivation has just flown out the window and abandoned me which is handy.
Im doing enough work to not get fired but god, its a huge struggle! Do other people feel like this or am I being stupid and need to sort my life out a bit :)

42 working days to go!

I've been off for nearly two weeks and god has it flown by! Had so much to do and so much still to do, but only a week until DC2 arrives (ELCS so I have a date)! Argh! While I would love to be knitting and rubbing my belly, I'm either trying to tire out DC1 while not knackering myself, catching up with friends or cleaning...

I really struggled to give a hoot for the last two/three weeks, especially as I'm aware my job is due to change significantly when I get back.

I think I need to work out how many days I have left. I started an intensive 8 week training course yesterday and will finish when I'm 34 weeks. Will no doubt do a couple of extra weeks afterwards just to show my face, even if it's just to slump in a chair in the corner!

Work is a huge struggle already at only 21 weeks. And I was planning on working until the end to stretch the finances on mat leave. :(

I'm a bit of both. I'm 35 weeks. I've got nearly 2 weeks left.
I'm knackered and ready to stop working but trying to wrap up all loose ends and do a decent handover to my colleagues. My work has always been my baby so it's hard to let go.

You are not alone . Ridiculously, I am I only 14 weeks with my first and I am counting down! I am finishing early at 32 weeks. I normally love my job (primary teacher) but I just have no motivation at all! I think it's partially because I hate the commute just now, but whatever it is, I can't wait to finish!

I thought I was the only one doing a countdown / not really bothered about work :)

@sellyMevs - you must be due just before me, my little one (also a boy) is due 22 Aug so I'm 25+5
