I'm six weeks pregnant and already have pelvic girdle pain over my right sacroiliac joint. It mainly bothers me at night on turning and getting out of bed, or if I cough or sneeze.
I have a rather heavy toddler and walk a lot with my job, so worried about how this is going to progress as the weeks go on. I am about to start some strengthening exercises shown to me by a physio friend. Are there any stories out there of people with early pelvic pain which improved?
