Not feeling good down below

ok so I'm 28+3, history of 2 preemie babies, kidney issues myself.
baby is really low, can feel kicks behind my pubic bone and I've got this strange feeling down below as if something is going to fall out and pinching pain as well. Weird pains all the time, can't really describe it.
I really feel this won't last for very long and I'll have another preemie.
I had one at 32 and one at 34 weeks so I'm hoping I'll go over 30 weeks at least.
Both times my membranes ruptured.

Anyone else felt something like the pains down below?

Is there a prematurity clinic at your hospital? Can you go there and see them? It sounds as though you know your own body, and in your experience this is the start of something, so I'd go and get checked out.
