Obviously some swelling is part and parcel of pregnancy, but when do you call a dr? My legs and feet are swollen, not severely but enough to hurt and leave deep imprints. I am only 23 weeks, surely this is a bit early??

Its always best to get it checked as preeclampsia can have quite few symptoms, but 23 weeks is very early to get it, although not impossible. I had severe PE with my first and although I had swollen legs and ankles my face was very swollen and so was my hands and fingers. If ur worried go and get checked out

Thanks daisy. I'm not too concerned as face and hands are fine. No headaches, no feelings of faint. I feel absolutely fine. Just wondered when swelling is a cause for concern?

I've not suffered much swelling this preg but did with first. I suffered bad puffy swollen feet and legs! Midwife was never concerned coz my bp was always ok and my urine was always clear!

It's definitely cause for concern if it appears suddenly.
