Chances of baby turning?

I'm 33 weeks and have been told my baby is head down but face up in the back to back position (I've also been told she's a naughty baby, due to her fondness for moving away from all scans and monitoring :) ) - what are the chances of her going the right way round before my due date? Anything I can do to encourage her, without risking her going into a breech position?

Thanks in advance.

I think the advice is to be on all fours to get them to turn. I had a back to back labour and it is not much fun.

Look up spinning babies (I think it's called).

There are plenty of things to try. Baby might move during birth as well so try not to panic if you are not having any luck.

Dont panic just yet.
DD didn't engage until 37 weeks and was back to back. When I hit 40 weeks she was on her side but came out as she should at 41 weeks.
I did labour on all 4's which could of helped

33 weeks is early. My first two were both still breech at that point. Take a look at spinning babies, but don't panic. Smile

Spend as much time leaning forward as possible rather than leaning backwards as that will encourage the baby's spine to stay backwards and walking can help.

Thanks everyone. Its going to be tricky standing up and leaning forward and going on all fours whilst trying to keep my feet elevated so they don't swell bigger than my head, oh the joys Grin

My friends baby was back to back until 40 weeks (delivered at 41). You still have lots of time
