I am just shy of 19 weeks pregnant and I am ashamed to say I have just eaten like an absolute pig. Just had an egg roll, popcorn, humous and carrot sticks, a pork pie and a trifle. I now feel so guilty! I keep saying to myself I must start calorie counting to prevent myself from blimping out further. Already put on over a stone and I've gone from a size 12 to nearly 16. Anyone else feel my pain?
