help having period type pains

Hey there everyone please help I'm having a baby but don't know how far I am yet but my test came back 5 weeks plus.
I'm been having bad cramps period pains type for weeks now there horrible they come more on a night and there really hard to ignore, there painful it seems to be worse on a night time too. I've had an eptopic before so I'm really scared :(
Please can anyone suggest what it might be x

is this what your ectopic felt like, if not then it's probably not that. It could just be stretching.
If you're worried gp to the doc or your local epu with a history of ectopic you should get a scan quite quickly. 5+ on a test means at least 7 weeks so a heart beat should be visible :)

I can't remember I was in shock and it was more than 6 years ago. think I may go to the early scan thanks for your help x
