I have I'd say mild to moderate morning sickness it is very hard for me to throw up I can prolly count how many times iv thrown up so it clearly ismt very often but I'm sick all day mainly because I'm so hungry, starving actually I wake up in the middle of the night because I'm starving and it makes me feel sick, and during the day it is a matter of just one more bite that's the difference between starving and so full I could burst both make me feel like throwing up all day. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and before I got pregnant with her I weighed 54 kg and gained 45 kg with her and lost most of it but I'm so scared of gaining so much weight because I could not stop eating with her I don't know what to do help! most vegetables sound awful to me but some fruits sound delicious I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can

Your body is telling you what it needs. Eat when you need to eat. Try to eat healthily if you can, but listen to your body. Little and often is probably the way to go. Make sure you are drinking plenty too.
